Hi All,

Can a COPR holder add spouse to application before landing? If its possible then whats the procedure for it ?

Awaiting response from anyone who go through this ?

If you got married after receiving your COPR, you MUST add your spouse to your application and obtain a new COPR before landing in Canada. Otherwise you will be committing misrepresentation and will never be able to sponsor your spouse.

As for how you do this, you are asking in the wrong section of the forum. This section of the forum is for Canadians who are sponsoring their spouses for PR. You need to ask your question in the skilled worker, express entry, or provincial nomination section of the forum.

Thanks Scylla. I will post this to relevant forums.
