hello everyone, i need your ideas... has anyone tried applying bc pnp on implied status? actually i want to re apply coz i got a recent refusal for my first application and since theres no such thing as appeal process, im thinking to re apply but my work permit already expired.. if anyone has knowledge about this, pls comment. thank you.

I thought the cap for BC PNP had already been reached. But maybe I'm wrong...

well im planning to apply and prepare for bc pnp might open early next year, so i wanted to know if i can apply with an expired visa or on implied status..

Do not quote me on this!! I THINK you can but you have to make sure by the time that the officer open your file you have to have the valid status. I have friend who applied BC PNP last year and she worked different location than stated on her work permit but she applied anyway and by the time that they opened her file, her boss moved her to right location like 2 or 3 months ahead. You have to see that what is the processing time now and how long you will get your new work permit. the employer have to be the same one too!

Yes u can apply with implied stage. But PNP wont make any decision on your file until u get valid status.

thanks for your reply, it helps somehow. @pk_11 and @nudang99, is valid status means i must get a valid work permit from same employer? the problem is there is no more LMIA for food counter attendants, any suggestions? does visitor visa give me a valid status? thanks again

Visitor visa is considered as valid status.

Hello guys.. Sorry for posting in this thread :)
I was wondering if I'm able to apply to BC pnp while implied status.. and lay off? (covid-19)
My work permit will be granted till July 29th, 2020 "if" it's approved. (young professional visa) and after that I won't be able to apply to another work permit..
Any advice? Please and thank you!
Stay safe ;)
