I applied for caq and on 18 november i recieved an email that they recieved my documents on 19 oct and now is 8 december but i am still waiting for my caq certificate. So I called them and lady on other side told me to fax them alll the docs previously sent along with courier's pod(proof of delivery) and an explanation letter.
If anybody know anything about how to write this letter like writing style(formal or just start from the message), whom to address etc
