D. he contacted Canadian Universities having similar courses and offered to conduct expert lectures.. He was teaching in Calgary for some time then and also in some other countries. I think there was some provision called "Foreign Intellectuals" then. I dont know if its still in effect. It was not for PR though.
I wish he had stayed in Canada since then, I would not have had to go through this procedure to immigrate Haha
