Yess spouse can travel coz they already got landing paper and visa. Rest everything thing will be done at port of entry.

Don't even have your spouse try to travel even if they have copr and visa because principal applicant has to land first. In my email it clearly said that if overseas spouse try to travel first their Passport could be seized at Port of entry.
