I received an email asking for information on May 10. More than 2 months for me now, still no answer from them and I did send multiple emails to them. I am getting our local MP involved hoping I will receive something. Any update for you?

June 7th I got it but am still waiting for my photo to be approved for the PR Card.

1. When did you receive an email asking for information?

May 10th, 16th, and 19th. Replied immediately to each one, still waiting. Called IRCC twice, sent a fax, followed up with additional email, no reply or response.

Update my PR Card came yesterday, Sept 14th. The Confirmation Portal still shows that my photo is pending.

Every time some movement happened, it was because I called, faxed, emailed, and sent messages over the secure portal, so you have to be your own advocate!
