I got an update today but nothing changed on the new tracker. No oath anyway as everything else is green. However, know eCAS went from DM back to in process?? Anyone experience the same?

If you submitted fingerprints before they are only valid for a year, so you will probably be required to submit fingerprints again.

It looks like the online applicants are treated differently
It appears that online applications are processed in a different system, even the test invites are coming from different emails addresses than the ones used to send invitations to paper applications. Online are all applying individually, they are probably considered routine applications (from 18-54 years old, no representative, no kids, etc), therefore the review is quicker. I remember the same happened in 2014-2015 when they changed the PR application process (from paper to Express entry) there was a backlog from those that had applied before 2015 (paper), it took a while to clear that up.

Hope you get good news soon. :)

Completed the oath today. Can’t believe how smoothly the process went. It was very fast about an hour total. Judge was from Winnipeg however majority of applicants were from Alberta! Hopefully the certificate comes fast!
