For security reasons they not receive new E-mails from public and that why you getting failure message, as I mentioned before you should reply to the same message they asked to provide them the documents.

What’s the name of person you received pre-arrival service for?

I always reply to his email and got delivery failure I did n`t send it as new email

pre-arrival does not have name on it , but UCI and its neither her or mine !

What about web form & GcKey account ? Did you tried these services?
But really I’m very interested to know this uci number because I’m waiting for DM and PPR .

We're 14 days over our 12 months for my husband app... I've sent a web form to CairoVO last week and recieved an automated email that they will answer me from 2 to 5 business days.. but it has been more than 5 now and no answers :/

How come you passed the 12 month ? Was there is any flat on your app before ? On the cic webtsite they said it won’t pass 12 month

Nothing was wrong
My husband is Egyptian living in Paris, july 3rd applicant, aor1 was on october, medicals December, CSQ (quebec) on February/march
Then we recieved aor2 on April 16th and nothing after.... no reply after we sent the web form yet... :/

Sorry it’s taking that long , I have a friend who’s also living in Paris and his wife is Canada but his app wasn’t sent to Cairo Vo it was sent to Paris Vo , so did you choose urs to go to Cairo instead of Paris ? And how do you send web form to Cairo Vo , sorry for the long message , god bless you

Sorry it’s taking that long , I have a friend who’s also living in Paris and his wife is Canada but his app wasn’t sent to Cairo Vo it was sent to Paris Vo , so did you choose urs to go to Cairo instead of Paris ? We actually tought it was in Paris for all this time (as of what my stupid lawyer told us) but I kept calling cic last week and then when knew its in Cairo. So we don't choose, it's all according to the immigration agents and rules.

Me too I live in Paris they said will send my profile to Paris Still wait. But did they send you Emil they will will send your profile to Paris or Egypt?

The problem is that we got a lawyer to represent us. He didn't say anything. When i asked him like 7 8 months ago, he just told me "it probably in Paris" since my husband live there. But then I contacted the VO in Paris and asked them if they have our application and they said they don't. Then we thought it was in mississauga until last week when I called them and insisted to know where is it so I can contact the office who is responsible of it.

But you did get any email said we transfer your profile to Paris

1-Email CVO Immediately explaining them what happened .
2- Usually CVO send kind of last email in your SPAM . Make sure to check it well .
3- Decision Made is final step before PPR
4- Stay Tuned , Good luck .

For sure I didn't receive anything in the spam folder that's why I was about to go crazy!

congrats for your PPR , i have been waiting for my Medical for over 2 month now since the APP transfer , so where can i email them and will they tell me why the delay ?

As long as you're still within the 12 months time frame, so you can't tell them that there's a delay!
I think you should receive your medical request soon
