cairo visa office has no any kind of rules principles nothing they can finish some files applied in Mai and the other whose are earlier they can go and eat popcorn they can fun
they only look at ready files and i dont know what is ready and what isnot ready yes October applicant got interview and file is ready second medical done and they request new papers evidence and they received and done everything is done what afu...... ck else shall we do
people here applied earlier 2012 and till now they got nothing nothing and nothing

I think something wrong happenned to the agent who has february and march files that's why they start doing April and may first ... No comment

We have to relate this to the responsible one, guys each of us should talk to his member of Parliament as a trial to make our voice to be heard ,should ask how they are working? Where is the order concept?!!!!!!

processing mean that Cairo visa office will start doing their job which CIC asked for . in other mean they will start finalize the files and case according to which one is ready but not who is applied first so they look at finished files which doesnt need nothing that CPP-O RECOMMEND to issue the visa after Cairo visa office finish background chek criminal record medical result recieved and Cairo send report about those issues then here you goo you got the visa for example cute enough who applied in Mai ,2012
files which is not ready for example missing documents lost files , case required extra document or proof ,case recommended to be interview , cases complicated or medical expired and requested new one so they leave it in side till they remember it
plus some files that has been kept in CPP-O for nothing and then in end of several months it sent back to Cairo visa office

I asked them about the medical which expired and they replied by exactly same answer, my wife too when she sent an email she get same answer. Which is funny that I sent my email in French and they replied in English

Whatever your question is!!! They don't even check records or turn (as they say)
I had CPP-Ottawa officer confirming they did nothing on files and they transfered the files, my GCMS confirms that as well.

I was 100% sure after the CPP-O officer's confirmation and my GCMS. Their copy paste answer was funny and VERY VERY fair : ... based on the date each application was received.
