According to some seniors here, u get BVL before decision every time u file ur visa application.

Received 2nd BVL on 9th Nov

It will appear in your GCkey account as "Correspondence Letter".

Will you still be sent a BVL letter even if you have already submitted your biometrics to IRCC for a visa application? This question pertains to whether or not you will get a decision on your new application before you receive the letter.
