Buying prepaind shipping label for canada

I want to buy prepaid shipping from canada post but when I go payment I don't get option for selecting usa billing address
Is there a way I can update the billing address or can buy the shipping label from any other website.
I am in usa and need this shipping label for passport return.

No buddy, unfortunately no. I also had the same situation but luckily I had a Canadian Credit Card.

If you have any friends in Canada, may be you can use their card ?

Also in from address section what should be the sender name and address
I guess it be CPP Ottawa and po address right?

Yep, CPC Ottawa address. I had used the Courier address.

1. Reason for export : is it Document?
Description : Passport?
Country of Origin: Canada
Quantity : 4

Describe Item : what is the length , width, Ht in (cm).

Here are the answers

Reason For Export: Documents
Description: Password
Country of Origin: Canada
Quantity: number of passports (including all family members)

The length and width should be of a usual letter sized envelope. Usually Length: 31 cms, Width: 22 cms, Height: .1 cms

And these need not be accurate.
