My wife and I are planning to move to Canada after the pandemic situation gets better. We are both landed immigrants. I am looking at property prices in Vancouver suburb (Surrey, Burnaby, Westminster, etc. area). I am looking at listings in redfin.ca . Could anyone tell me whether their lising prices are in USD or in CAD?

CAD.Apart from fact It is a .ca website would not expect anything else for a house sale in Canada

Canada uses their own currency , the Canadian Dollar

Use the official mls website instead.

https://www.realtor.ca/mls

Prices are in CAD.

Are you really landed immigrants? In the previous post, you said you are Canadian citizen. Also, there is New Westminister but no Westminister.

Thank you for the kind replies. I acknowledge my question was dumb :). Yes I am a Canadian citizen, my wife is a permanent resident. For the sake of brevity I mentioned that we both are landed immigrants. I lived in Toronto suburb before and so I am familiar with that part. Currently we are in USA in west cost and so British Columbia is closer. But I think it would be a good idea to think of purchasig a property after staying in the area for a while.
Thank you all.
