Most of us here in this forum, paid the fee in the middle of the process - with the Initial Assessment (IA) - So you still got about 3-4 months (if you are a PNP).

I paid mine in December. Other details, see my time-lines.

Also, your spouse (if any) should also pay the same amount of RPRF.

Sept 15, finally your turn! so happy for you and your family!!

remember to send it by xpress.. it only takes 3 days to arrive Ottawa.. and I am still waiting for my passports return, and then go landing!

I called the border of service today, and I was told that I should fill a form B4 to declare our goods, which will come together to land , or arrive in Canada later. HE said there is no value limitation for the 1st immigration landing, so I can ship as many as possible the stuffs from my home country to Canada later.

better to write more , even you may not finally bring them. ( they will be duty-free)

All done. I mailed everything - Xpress mail and yes, she said it will take 3 days to reach there. Included:

1. Cover letter
2. photos (I also included my daughter's pictures just in case and I am 99.9% sure that they do not need hers).
3. height weight specifications.
4. return Xpress mail.
5. Passports (I did not include my daughter's passport though). I am not sure what they will do with that (She has a Canadian one). BUT I did include her Birth Certificate and copies of her passport , which were mailed already - 2 times maybe!
6. Email requesting passport request.

NOW waiting for few more weeks - Then Landing. Then VACATION!

I pray and wish our other friends: WinnipegMB, Chigirl, VBomb gets them soon.

Chigirl - It looks like they are sending PPR close to the date of initial submission. Mine was received March 18 and today is March 16. Yours will be next week...

Finally, the my waiting is over.. Thanks God!!!! I got my passport back with visa stamped. Now, planning to have vacation next month.

Not quite 60 days - 10 days in March and April - So about 40 days (with weekends and all)
