Hi Unique - Question for ya: is that 'Application Filed suppose to be March 2010 and not March 2009 in your Case'..Is that a typo or you did send the application on March 2009? Do you know when your application was received by Buffalo?

IF you can provide the date the file was RECEIVED by Buffalo. I know most of us are in Feb or March 2010, but would like to know excat date so that we know how we are lined up.

Mine was received: March 18, 2010
IA: Nov 18, 2010.

Hello Sept15, I had put March 2009 because that is the date I filed for nomination with AINP. Then I filed with CIC in 2010 and Buffalo received my application on March 3, 2010. Sorry for the confusion, I have updated my profile now.

I think you should take the date of medicals into consideration and the date of application sent. I did not receive any IA. Date of application sent- march 9 and date of medical : july 15.

Sindbad - Yes, IA is not necessary but Super was told that they review application in the order they were received. That being said, there are many V Officers and we do not know who is processing whos because if this was the case then Winnipeg would have gotten his first.

We all are almost sure that our medicals were received because of the IA and once medicals are received, they play no vital role.

I do not know but this is just my rough guess.
You are obviously with us - so now we have 7 of us...

i think when you did your medical also plays a role, bcos your visa is given for 1 yr from the date med was done. In my case i did my medicals, 2 mons after I recieved the med req. bcos i have to add my son. i think that was crucial time that i lost. i should have done mine & then added my sons later.
anyways, now we all have to wait....
