Oh well. This is how it works for us here...Emails get forwarded and then we check into the application and get back to them usually in 2-3 days... My understanding is that your previous email is sitting on Processing Teams Inbox.

OOOOOOOOOOOOH...surprise surprise... I checked my eCas and found this...

We started processing your application on June 22, 2010.

Medical results have been received.

So they have updated my eCas with Medical results have been received....so I am at this stage:

DECISION
MADE
(A decision has been made at this point.) Medical Results Received by CIC
We have received your medical results. We will contact you only if additional tests are needed.

Approval Status Determined
Your application will be either approved or rejected. We will inform you of the decision in writing.

Permanent Residence Status Determined
If your application is approved, we will send you your permanent resident documentation and a
letter saying what we need to finalize your permanent residence.

oh my ............ super happy for you.... next week, tomorrow, somewhere in the corner..... you must be flying....arent ya...

No, not really same as last time (follow up). But like I said I noticed this time they have updated my eCas and says Medical received.

IF you can provide the date the file was RECEIVED by Buffalo. I know most of us are in Feb or March 2010, but would like to know excat date so that we know how we are lined up.

Mine was received: March 18, 2010
IA: Nov 18, 2010.
