Haha, I shouldn't laugh Loveson but even when we think we are DONE the waiting continues for us. I've been a resident for less than 2 weeks so I still have a while to wait for my card

The processing time for new land immigrant PR card is 57 days updated on CIC this Wednesday. But i found 4 days more every week since I landed.

I think you can get your PR card before Christmas, hope it won't take more than 2 months to receive the card.

And buddy, please remeber to renew your SIN card and care card as well. ;D

I just got a chance to go to "Service Canada" to update my SIN and dropped by at REGISTRY as well to renew/update my health card...

Thanks for the reminder Loveson... Hope we both get our PR Card very soooooooon....

Finally we got our passports back today with the Visa stampings on it. Visa is valid un-till Feb 15th 2013. I think they issued based on my medicals date. We have about 5 months time left to make the landing process which is good enough. I thank every one in the forum for the help and support in this 2 and half years long journey. I wish the best for everyone waiting for the next steps. I will also share my next step of the journey as i make it.

Thanks once again for the kind support and information sharing. It was really really helpful. Without this forum support i wouldn't have gone this far.
