Now I'm waiting to get my passport back :-) Can't wait.

I read it takes about 2 months to get your PR-Card. I also read that you will receive the card the first time without an application; is that true? Or do you have to apply for it no matter what?

Thanks!
Matt

Matt,

Little while no speak. Hope you are all doing well :)

Yeah, no need to "apply" for first PR card. They fill in your landing form and i guess that gets sent off to initiate the card. We got told 8-10 weeks for card, says 55 business days or something online at mo.

Seems you moved quickly in the final stages so that's good to hear. Not long and you'll be doing your landing. Yay.

Thanks Wendy!

Can't wait to finally get my last steps done.

Take care,
Matt

All the best.

nothing...I don't understand what is happenening.....

Hi guys,
Finally I sent my passport to Seattle after a long agonizing last month and I hope it will be with me in next 2-3 weeks..I did it from SD,US with to & return express US post. Upon PPR, I asked Seattle to give some more extra time for PP submission and they granted me one more month to do so and they asked me to update my PCC from my home country (India)..I applied and got 10 yr US B1/B2 VISA anyway..so that while entering Canada I can become landed immigrant.
Guys I wish every one a happy and pleasant life in Canada as immigrants and I also wish for the people who are expecting PPR.
If any one need any assistance regarding Indian PCC or or so plz let me know,I will be happy to share my views.
Once again thanks to all who shared their PR journey with me....
I will post again once I receive my PP and after landing

Chelsea FC rocks as usual.. ;D

Yey! Got my passport yesterday. God is good, already did my flag pooling in Carway/Piegan MT yesterday too. ;) ;) It was a very long hours drive but its all paid off. Thank you Lod! And congrats to all had their PR. And to those who are waiting, have faith & keep on praying.

Just got our PPR. Happy days!!!

Yay congrats Deise.

Hopefully not too many more people waiting on PPR.

Who is still waiting?
