Hi Samnov. Congratulations on PPR! My visa took almost 2 weeks to get stamped. That was in late May. The time varies, so don't worry if you have to wait a little while.

Hi anybody how in case still visiting this forum. I just received our passports with stamped visas. I wish everyone how still waiting for it successfully bring it finally to end. Wish u guys all the best. I'll land on August first in Toronto. Can anyone host me or sublet my family for a week or two. Best wishes

I haven't received the passports yet. They were received by CIC on June 20.
The tracking code has not been activated yet. I used Canada post express. what courier did you use?

Congratulations Samnov on reaching this milestone. Good luck with your life in Canada. I'm yet to receive PPR although I had submitted the requested documents s month plus a go. I was asked to address to a specific case manager. is that what you did too?

Hi July, I'm sorry about it. I know what you are going through. Yes that was a program assistant who contacted me. I send requested documents and all happened within 3 weeks.

Hi samnov, the label you bought was just a page you needed to print right? you didn't need to buy the envelope? i just want to make sure everything i did was right because my passports arrived their on the 17th and i still haven't got it back. congrats by the way!

I'm not sure if this is strange or not: I checked the status o my ecas and found that there are two of them and both In Process.
This is was is shown.

First Ecas
1.We received your application for permanent residence on xxxxxxxxx

2.We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on xxxxxxxx.
Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us.

3.Medical results have been received.

Second Ecas
1.We received your application for permanent residence on xxxxxxxx

2.We started processing your application on June 15, 2014.

I really don't know if this is normal or a sign of approaching the end or beginning the process afresh. I had already submitted the requested documents including updated form MM---0008.
Any idea what might be going on with my file?

Yes, don't worry you did the right thing. And than they just put it on other envelope and send it to you.
