Hi lincoln, thanks for comments. Are they also from Ottawa office or they are getting PPR from somewhere els. Anyway, waiting, hopefully Ottawa will finalize zoom Buffalo-Ottawa applications.

FYI, if this helps: As for my application, I received the baby medical on APR 7th 2014, 10 days after I updated the CIC.

Looks like they are working on our files and may send a group of applicants PPR in a few weeks time.

I will stay in touch and will let u know of any updates

Hi All,

I have also received passport request last week, can you all provide me guidance on couple of things

a) After sending my passport to Ottawa, in how many days I will get back my passport ( I will be travelling to India, so I need the passport and also my stay in USA will be impacted)

b) My son is US citizen, should I send his passport or not (my lawyer has indicated on the phone that it's not required in 90% of cases)

c) Mail from CIC has a link to Canada Expresspost for printing label, Have any of you used it or any other options

Appreciate any response you all can provide....

If they ask in you email to all passports think you have to send. They will send it back anyway.
About Xpresspost I know from this forum some could print using internet explorer. But a lot of people couldn't because of failed puyment. Try it mybe you lucky.

b) Docs Requested Nov 2010
c) File transferred to Buffalo 2011 /2012 not sure
d) Medicals Feb 2014
e) PPR March 2014

Hi Hyjk, that's good news, did u send them a request email or they send it just like that. I made my Medicals December 5 and still did not got the third line added. Good luck and stay pleas in touch.

Hi guys
Does the landing take place in same province where you intend to live? I am employed in USA and going to a conference in Saskatchewan canada for couple of days, can I also use this visit as landing since I will give my address in BC.

Third line is added in my ecas saying that my medicals have been received. The only thing left for me is to get the medicals done for my baby. CIC has sent the forms yesterday....

Samnov, check your ecas also...since both of our CPO is same..he/she might have added the third line for you...

Congrats, i am so happy for you. Coincidentally our applications were made on the same date.
