I think it is different for everyone. In usaca's case for example, his ecas changed to decision made on October 28th and he got PPR on the same day.

Well the point is the CIC call centre has confirmed that they have the medical and they can see it on the system.
And I aso got a response from from the case analyst on Oct 28th(Please see below) - I am going to wait for one more week and if not i will proceed to redo the medicals.
