hi shinbukan, you are in canada how you applid for fsw 1 mean??why cant you apply for fsw2 which is more more faster than fsw 1? ,any ways thanks for the concern , they given m,edicals to 2011 august PERSON ALSO but not in june ?? this is too muchh :'( :'( :'(

I have been in Canada since 2010 and I applied under FSW1.
Yes, I know, waiting for so long is not fun at all, but I am hopeful we will soon hear good news.

Email them asking your status. Probably its getting stamped for you during this week.I believe the timeline is anywhere between 4-8 weeks.Just wait for couple of days more,you will definitely get the good news!

Fortunately, after about 4 weaks, the track number of my return envelop from CIC was activated October 16, at 19:15pm. CIC had received my passport on Sept 20.

Hopefully, I will get my passport today or tomorrow.

Hello everyone, I've finally received my passport on October 15th (CIC received it on September 13th, so 4 weeks in total) and did the flag pole yesterday, October 16th. I would like to thank God, first and foremost and also to all of you in this forum for all the useful tips/information, help and encouragement throughout this journey. May I ask, what was the expiration date on your landing visa, a year after you submitted Meds or some other date?

Hey guys, Ottawa received my passport and my wife's passport on 08/28 (sent via registered mail) however, I still have not received the passports back. I have emailed immigration twice already regarding the delay and the status of the passports and I have not received a single response yet. It has been a month and 20 days already and no passports. Can anyone help or at least let me know if they are experiencing similar delay. Thank you

yes more then 2 months now ...ottawa received it on aug14th....i did however receive a email from them on sep 17th saying they have my passport and cannot determine the time that they will be able to send the passport back. i cant really establish a pattern and i think its just luck of the draw. i have been emailing them once a week but no respond yet.
