I just received an email from ottawa, They want me to update my documents !! We did our medical 50 days ago! I hope this us the last thing before PPR.
Any idea how long it takes after submitting new documents o get PPR?

Has anybody get a police certificate from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police which includes finger print? How long does it take? what should we do?

We did our medicals on July 30th and got updated document request on August 2nd which were submitted on August 9 and after that nothing has happened. You can do the e finger printing search for police clearance and will be directly submitted to cic and will take only one to two days. Details can be found on RCMP website. By the way who was your visa officer for medicals and document update.

As per my GCMS,they have some concerns over my AEO. Order your GCMS notes, It will give you clear picture of what VO is looking in the interview.

She said she can't provide any info on my file but she suggested I should ask the physician that I don't have a medical form, if he/she is still ready to do the health examination, it will USUALLY be uploaded on your file and as my file is in process, it won't be upfront. And she added if I have any queries, I should email OTTAWA office.

I think she is the same agent I talked with.

I sent two emails asking for confirming receiving the RPRF receipt but they did not respond.

I got little confused. I talked with Dr. Jimmy Wong's office in NY, they told me they could do upfront medical.

But I called two other doctor offices in Philadelphia and New Jersey. When they hard that I don't have the forms but I got such kind of request from CIC, they asked my UCI and found that they could not access to my file with the UCI number.

And they denied to do my medical. They advised me to ask CIC to add my UCI number in the medical list so that doctor could access my file with UCI number and add my results there (emedical). Then I asked them about upfront medical exam. They told that I need to be sponsored by some Canadian (as a family class applicant) to do upfront.

So this is the situation here.

Now I am little worried about Dr. Jimmy Wong. It is cheaper and they did not ask me any information like others do. And they are taking cash only.

Does anybody have any experience with Dr. Jimmy Wong?

kipling, I think you can check your UCI number with doctor. If they can access your file with UCI number then they can do it.

My file was transferred from Buffalo to Otawa under FSW1 and later was moved to Mexico City in April2013.
Later on ireceived Request for RPRF, Medicals & some additional documents on July 16, 2013. everything was submitted to Mexico City on August 09,2013. but haven't heard anything from Mexico City VO.

Anybody here who is dealing same type of shit from Mexico City?

"CPP (O) spokesperson did clarify in ICCRC meet that CPP (O) is clearing backlogs and prioritizing applications in the following order

BUFFALO TO OTTAWA TRANSFERRED CASES
FSW2 - THOSE WITH VALIDATED OFFER
CEC

2010 fsw


FYI - AS ON APRIL 2013 - CPP (o) HAS 3000+ FSW backlog applications which is an acceptable figure and should shoot out all of these close to November"
