By the way,did they update your Ecas and add "medical received"to it?

HI GUYS!! I TRIED PAYING ONLINE WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD AND A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS BUT THE PAYMENT KEEPS ON FAILING. I TRIED 5 TIMES. I CALLED MY BANK AND THEY SAID THERE'S NO PROBLEM WITH MY CARD. IT'S PROBABLY THE WEBSITE. IS THIS NORMAL? PLEASE HELP!

I just received an Email from Ottawa containing MR and RPRF. 32 months since I applied!!!
I received GCMS on Aug 1st which showed nothing but only criminality check started. You can see my timeline on the left sidebar.
For those who care: the case analyst was SN 6164.

Dear Ram,

Big cong!!!We share the same case officer, i have done my medical on July 16 (sent via emedical on July 25), now the ecas only shows about the medical results have been received.... I am so hoping to get mine soon!

Actually yesterday evening I just try to poke with an email (attaching my e-medical info sheet & RPRF receipt)

May be that is why I got PPR today morning. I do not know.

Just try with an email.

Your timeline and mine are almost similar , I got document request on 12th June same as yours but I have submitted the document on 12th july due to my stupid lawyer .. and I am still waiting for medicals

I did poke CIC people with two emails asking did they received the documents or not but no response till now. How much time did it took for you get medicals ?

I sent updated documents on 12th june, but it was 14mb. I emailed them on june 17 to ask whether they received the documents? but cic replied on june 21st that they didn't received it as they can receive email only upto 5mb.

I resent the reduced size pdfs on june 22 & again poked on june 25th, for which they replied on june 27th, that the documents were received successfully.

Then I got MR on july 15th. Hope this helps.

Try google chorme or firefox.

DO NOT USE Internet EXPlorer for any online payment.
