thanks for the reply. I also use the expresspost envelope. however, instead of mailing it to the Canada Post:

CPP – Ottawa
PO Box 9780
Ottawa ON K1G 4B9

i mailed it to Courier:

CPP – Ottawa
365 Laurier Avenue West
Ottawa ON K1A 1L1

im just worried that mailing it to the courier address will have an effect on the processing of my visa. Although i had an online view of who received my pp. Almost 5 weeks now..

I've sent my passport in on Sept 5 and I'm still waiting for it as well. I've emailed them 2x and haven't received an answer so far.

I guess we are on the same boat. I'll keep you posted of any new developments.

Does every applicants in a FSW2 application need to show the IMM 1017 form to the physician's office? I received MR last week with imm 1017 for my wife, but i have not received my imm 1017 yet. I have sent an email to cpp-o for my imm 1017 form, but they have not replied yet.
I have got the medical exam appoinment for tomorrow. What to do?

I applied in late June 2011 and am still waiting.
However, a friend of mine who applied a few days later than I did, has received document update request, medical request and also has been asked to pay the RPR fee. So I am assuming it would SOON be our turn.
Don't get frustrated my friend.

I did my medical yesterday. They did not even see our IMM 1017 forms. When they found us in the emedical system they had everything for us (me and my family). They only asked UCI numbers for me, my spouse and my daughter (we all have different UCI numbers but same IME number) over the phone when I took appointment and they found our names and other information there.

And it would be better if you ask your doctor to check your UCI number in their system over the phone today. If your doctor could access your information with your UCI number you are great to go for medical.

It is good that your wife has got IMM 1017 as it should contain her UCI number. Don't forget to check her UCI number too.

I think you will find your name in the system as you have got IME number (you and your wife will have the same IME number..i guess..)
