Any idea how long it takes to receive passport request once CPP-Ottawa receives all the requested documents along with RPRF and medicals?

yes, I have job offer. I applied in Jun 2011 and recently they asked for updated documents. I am not sure but I think they started the applications who have job offer first. I hope you hear from them soon.

not sure if CPP-O actually processing files with job offer first, I have a job offer but got nothing any contacts or requests from Ottawa.

Just received GCMS and got a bit confused so decided to ask you guys what to do.
I had my medicals done last year June but it never got updated on ECAS. I read somewhere that ECAS is not something that gets updated frequently by cic personnel so I didn't bother. Just to be on safe side, I asked my doctor to give me the tracking information for my medical file and it shows me that the file was received at its destination.
My GCMS notes say that medicals have not started (well every thing says not started) but I had them done and have certificate from the doctor as well showing the date and reason for the medical exam.

My question is should I email CPP-Ottawa and ask them where is my medical information giving them references to my GCMS and doctor's certificate or will this email make them upset.
Has anyone else gone through similar situation.

Hi All,

Finally, I have got passport request from Ottawa...

However I have any issue and hope that someone can help me with.

My spouse is not in Canada and I dont have her passport with me. I am not sure what is the procedure to send passport from outside Canada to Ottawa office ?

If anyone had the same expereince, please share your experience. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Let say if you send it today to Ottawa, when will they return it with the Visa.?
Also once you get the passport back...do u need anything else to do landing ???
