BUFFALO APPLICANTS - File transferred to other VO due to Buffalo closing down

Man this is insane, I applied in Feb 2011 and I am still waiting for an update, the last time they contacted me was in August 2011 to do the medical, So I have been waiting for 1.5 years for an update, while others are having their application completely in less than 6 month.

This is very wrong. It couldn't `t be our problem that Buffalo closed.

Just one day left. How many of you pre Sep, 2011 are left (ignored and neglected) by CIC. This is getting f***ing ludicrous. I have no idea why Ottawa would be processing post July, 2012 applicants before all of us.

People from September, 2012 are getting PPR's....its hella crazy.....all pre-July 2012 applicants get ready for backlog.....

well, people are getting PPR based on a random pattern. I have been waiting for more than 26 months for the federal government to process my application. it sucks...

No, it's not random. If you look closely, people from July, 2012 onwards are getting PRs in the order the applications were received by CIC. First July, then August, then September and so forth. Another interesting thing to note is the ECAS status of these applicants. It's working just as it is meant to work.
So, in my opinion, July 2012 onwards the processing is not random. On the contrary, it's planned, systematic and most importantly fast.
And of course not 100% of the applications will follow the pattern. There are numerous factors why some will not make it in time. It is part and parcel of any process. And we are talking about CIC here! So we know.

We know not everyone but in last few days we just saw Applicants from post-July 2012 or pre Sept 2011 got PPR's.....

I have a question about requests to submit additional documents. Did you guys/gals send them as you complete them or you sent documents all at the same time( RTPF receipt, updated personal history, Certificate of Employment & others)?
After sending documents i always get an AOR email, did someone get another email after or just the AOR email? I'm just curious if we still have to wait and see again after sending them all what they asked.
I know some will chime in and say after all that, it's the PPR( I hope)
