I have a simple question. I am currently working for IT company in India (think Infosys, TCS, Wipro). My employer has an office in Vancouver. I have heard about their tech pilot PNP program.
1) Can I ask my employer to give me offer letter from their Vancouver office?
2) Is this offer letter on paper or do I need LMIA done? Is this LMIA exempt?
3) Do I need to quit their Indian office for this?
