Bringing My Cousin to Canada

Hi All,
I have few questions with regards to bringing my cousin to Canada. (I am on Work Permit and yet to apply for PR)
On a brief note, My cousin completed bachelor in engineering 5 years ago and have no continuous experience is any field.
- Worked in Call center for close to 1 year
- Served as Personal Assistant for Rotract Club District Governor giving him continuous experience of 2 years.
- Actively volunteering in Rotract Club and also a NGO.

With no proper continuous job experience, Is there a way to bring him to Canada and get a job here?

Probably not, you need to check how many CRS points your cousin is eligible for to see if they would qualify, they would need around 460. Usually you need a combination of bachelors degree (minimum - masters is better) along with work experience
