Bring to Canada a Domestic Servant/Worker/Housemaid Nanny from Philippines

I'm Italian, currently working in the U.S.A. and the next July I'll be transferred by my company to work in Toronto.
Here we have a Domestic Servant/Worker/Housemaid Nanny from Philippines that I sponsored under my E-2 Visa with a temporary non-immigrant status.
We would like to bring with un in Canada legally, I'll come with a Work Visa.
Is it possible apply for her under my work visa?

No she can’t come under your work visa. The only way is through the link. You have to post the job and show no one in Canada could be hired. You need a business registration number (for tax purposes) and you need to show that the position will be based on the average income for the position where you are living. Once you apply then your employee can apply for a work permit. You need to be in Canada first.
