Hi, I have applied for my PR under CEC and all documents and applications are in and paid for, just waiting for the final decision. However I am currently here on a working holiday visa under the IEC from 2015 before the pool system came in and I'm having trouble applying for a bridging visa. My current visa expires nov 8th.
It keeps asking if I have a LIMA and I do not, it then comes up with I am not eligible to apply for this permit. If I try yes or skip it comes up with errors. This has been happening for the past 2 weeks I try every couple days. Is anyone else having these issues or know what open work permit I could apply for.

Answer "yes" to the approved in principle question.

Thanks I'll give this a shot, even if I haven't got the approved in principle status? I did take a look at this and it sounded like this was for people who were already on a temporary work visa?

As long as you have your AOR you can answer "yes" to such question.

If you answer "no" you won't be able to apply for a BOWP.
