Bridging open work permit

Applied for a bridging open work permit but PR got cancelled as incomplete. Have the opportunity to apply for PR again before my BOWP is processed... will my BOWP be denied based on the initial PR application cancellation?? Or can I submit my new letter of confirmation for new PR application?
