Yes, once you received the BOWP there are no more employment restrictions.
Be careful though in case you claimed points for a job offer in your PR application, if you quit that job it might reduce your CRS score.

sorry for the off topic question, but i wanna know if i can apply for bowp knowing that. I have a closed work permit and i quit my job in quebec to come to toronto for CEC, my question is when i receive the AR will i be able to apply for the bowp because i do not satisfy the condition of a work permit that will expire in 4 months or less.

Applied BOWP - March 15th
I got email update on March 16 and nothing changed
My biometrics which I've given in the past updated in the profile on March 17. Is this a sign that I will get approved for BOWP soon or still need to wait?

I applied for BOWP on Jan 1, 2021 and received the WP-Ext Only on Jan 7, 2021 and the Submission Confirmation on Feb 4, 2021. Yesterday, I saw the application status as "Application/Profile Updated" and saw that the review of eligibility is changed from "We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligiblity" to "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements".

Does anyone know what's happening?

After an Application Update, you will most probably receive your BOWP the following day. That’s what happened in my case.

Edit: Approved. Just saw the WP number. Waiting for my spouse's approval. Do you know how long does it take to approve for SOWP?
