i received twice ghost mail but received approval mail later on

Received an approve email on Oct 3, 2015。
May 26, online application . This forum has helped me a lot, so thought of putting in my timeline.

CIC website stated they are working on May 10 applications. Although May 18 and May 25 applicants already got approved. Timelines on CIC website are now irrelevant.

after how many days you got the approval mail, from the time you received this so called ghost mail

the first I received was almost 1month before the day I received

The second one was just ONE DAY before I received approval, which means that

2nd ghost mail can imply approval...
