How to upload 3 photos for online BOWP applications for me my spouse and my son?

Even i had same question, but didn't get right answer. So what i did was uploaded my spouse and kids pics under optional documents. So far no news and waiting for BOWP, i applied on 3rd July.

I guess it depends on where your location is. It took 4 days for me to receive by mail. I am at Toronto.

Today I got the WP in the morning mail, it took 2 weeks for my location.

^ It's hard to predict - delivery standards are available on the Canada Post website, but permits are not necessarily posted on the same day that they are issued.

16 days is the norm.
Mine's got a problem when the officer handling our application mistakenly entered my son's passport data twice.

Basically you can't.
The rule says you can apply if you are on a work permit that is due to expire within four months. If the WP has expired and you're on a visitor visa I believe you can't apply for a BOWP.

My post graduation work permit expires on Aug 15 2014. And my file for CEC was received on 25th june . Nowadays AOR takes 50 days to come in.If my AOR does not come by 12th Aug should i apply for BOWP online without attaching AOR . Please Advise ???
