BOWP - How many of you have applied and received it successfully?

Got my WP Extension last night too! Applied November 10th online

Hey Guys,

My Work Permit was expiring on December 20, 2014 because of that I submitted BOWP paper application 3 days back as I didn't have AOR with me at that time. Just now I got my AOR. Now I'm going to submit BOWP online. Could any one please let me know how can I cancel the paper application which I submitted earlier. BOWP application was received by CIC yesterday.

Please suggest me how can I cancel BOWP paper application.

While filling IMM5710 E form, i am seeing below option in point 3

1) A work permit with same employer
2) An Initial Work permit or work permit with new employer
3) Restoration of your Status as Worker
4) Temporary Resident permit

I am selecting option 2 as i am not giving Employer details. Please suggest i am doing correct or not.
Do i have to select any other option ?

I have had a few of these emails with no update in MyCIC that I can see. It's quite common to receive these without any visible update.

Hey guys...i mentioned my current employer details while applying bowp..but selected exemption from labour market opinion also mentioned application for bridge open work permit.. Is it correct??

It's been almost 2 weeks since I got the email and there has been no update in MyCIC.

Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada ?

Do i have to select Yes or No.
