You can apply not earlier than 4 months before your current WP expires which means you're eligible to apply from today (but rather wait and apply tomorrow).

I am trying to apply online for BOWP and during the initial process of eligibility check, it says I am not eligible and need LMO to extend my WP. I am not sure where did I chose wrong option. Can anyone help me out with that please?

For the general form you don't have to print it out. Just fill it out electronically and generate the bar code, then upload it. There's gonna be an electronic signature page if you click through their webpage.

I think there's a question that asks you if you have been approved in principal for your PR application... Did you answer Yes?

What about use of representative form.
I am planning to apply for my wife also with my appliaction.This forms needs signature of both: me and my wife signatures.
This one also we need to upload directly and they are going to ask for electronic signature or we need to print,sign and scan.

What about use of representative form.
I am planning to apply for my wife also with my appliaction.This forms needs signature of both: me and my wife signatures.
This one also we need to upload directly and they are going to ask for electronic signature or we need to print,sign and scan.

You don't need the use of representative form unless you are using a lawyer.

Yes I did, I applied it firs week of August with my wife and son
I only received our son's visitor visa record but I am still waiting for mine
and for my wife. It's a bit strange why they did not send it together...

Have applied BOWP on Sep 18th 2014 online.....Unfortunately I missed to sign IMM5710E...

Can you guys suggest what can I do now....Will my application be rejected saying NO sign is done...or will i get a chance to sign my document and upload it again.

Hi,

I have applied BOWP on 15th September 2014 through online.

You do not need to scan that IMM5710E PDF file. Just leave it signature box as it is. Once you are going to upload all the documents such as IMM5710Em, Passport and WP, Family Passport and WP, Explanation note. Then after, you can see one page that is generally do online/auto sign in your application.

Make sure that other documents are < 3 or 4MB and need patience while upload. Do not touch anything means back button otherwise your session will gone.

Hope it will help. I am waiting for my BOWP then after will apply for spouse and children.

I think you and your wife need to sign and upload it, because of my friend told me same stuff.
Once I will get BOWP then will need to apply for spouse and children.

Did you try to upload documents without signature ? Is there any error or message?
