Well, asap is correct word choice. I gave them those after 2 months. But initially explained that in the cover letter. So they waited patiently it.

Now let me say : Goede nacht mijn dame

hope that was right?

I wrote a letter too and added 4 attachments with proof that I had requested the police certificate (and that it was processed and confirmed) on time. Should I wait for them to contact me with a request to send the original or already forward a copy per email or fax? So frustrating to receive the missing document on the exact same day as CIO received my application...

Goedenacht! En welterusten InfoSeeker :) Thanks for your help

I appreciate it sabidhawan! You're right... It's good to have a complete overview of the options AND consequences.

Most of all, the important thing to focus here is that you should have a valid work permit when you apply for WP extension or BOWP (which you do .. Even though it will expire in 3 weeks). There is no need to be confused here LCM21 because if you wait for AOR then there is no way you can apply for BOWP because your permit would have expired by then. So apply for BOWP right away with a cover letter explaining your situation and I'm sure they will hold it until you add a copy of your AOR to the application.

Thanks vijayarr! I hope they will, too.

Nope, don't wait for them to ask. As soon as you receive the docs, whatever they may, Police Certificates, T4s, NOAs ..etc..you can keep sending them. Police Certificates - always the originals. That's how i have been doing.

And please keep a paper copy of every single document you send. You never when you might need it.

How do I ensure that they will add it to my application package? Do I just send it to them by post with a letter and my info (name, DOB, payment receipt, etc)?

Correct! I commented in the April thread and asked if someone could add me to the list. It is quite the nightmare indeed - mostly because they act/are so super strict. Makes me worry about every decision I make.

The same is the case with me LCM. I am currently waiting on my PCCs and also my English test is up the end of May, so I intend to put everything together by the end of May and send out my application and I am worrying about everything, even when there is nothing to worry about, I still find something to stress on!

Are you talking about how to be sure that they will add your AOR to your file later in the process of BOWP?

Yes - if you are sending hard copies - make sure the cover letter has everything, your Client Id, name, dob and address. Same thing if you are sending it through email.

And you know that you will be sending all these info to CIO - Sydney?

Once you get your AOR, then all correspondences should be directed to cpp-ottawa.

@cruiser55 We should probably start a recreational club and chill together . All CEC applicants meeting up vet the weekend or something lol.. Could be totally weird too. I'm stressed out to the max like you

Well CIC definitely doesn't make it any less stressful with all their "you can't this, you can't that" rules. We can all just try to follow the guidelines as good as possible and hope for the best. It would be very sad if great working immigrants get turned out only based on timelines! Good luck to you :)
