If they aren't asking you for the additional docs, before your AOR is sent, then i'd prefer you hold on to these docs, just so that your docs dont get mishandled or lost in transmission.

Once they send you the AOR then you can forward them these docs. PCs, T4, NOA are all additionals docs that helps the officer to verify your application.

Good luck to you to LCM

The same is the case with me LCM. I am currently waiting on my PCCs and also my English test is up the end of May, so I intend to put everything together by the end of May and send out my application and I am worrying about everything, even when there is nothing to worry about, I still find something to stress on!

Cruiser - you can definitely send your PCs at a later time. But IELTS scores have to be with the main application. That is one of the core document. You dont have to delay your application for PCs, NOAs, T4.

My understanding was that CIO will not accept applications without IELTS

Right, so I should wait after all. Just nervous they'll send back my application (= no AOR) based on the missing police certificate. Perhaps I can fax/email them the copy and ask them if they'd like me to send the original so they can attach it to the file? So many questions - sorry!

@ vijayar - No I meant adding my missing police certificate to my CEC application prior to receiving/awaiting the AOR. Oh, and I was actually just wondering if anyone on this forum ever meets up "in real life" :D

Thank you for the concern Bro, no it so happens that while I am waiting for my English tests to take place in the last week of May, I am expecting to receive my PCCs from India and the US by then so that when I finally send out my documents it will be 100% complete. So, I guess that it will be perfect timing.

@LCM21 The instruction guide and the document checklist clearly states that PCC can be sent at a later time. So don't worry about your application being returned. They should NEVER EVER return a package because of missing PCC. And about meeting people in the forum, I'm sure no one wants to meet because we are probably gonna start discussing about immigration issues in person and make life even more miserable than it already is lol. But I was serious about the recreational club tho hehe it would be nice .. Just thinking out loud

They wont send your application back only cuz of missing PCs. Trust me they wont. You can definitely email them if you have already received it. And once you get your AOR you can send the hard copies. Actually that would be a smart move, because i dont want your docs to get lost between Sydney & Ottawa transfer.

Ha yes you're probably right! I am pretty sure I am already driving everyone in my life crazy now, who knows how it'd be in a group of people with similar concerns. What we could do is throw a huge party once everybody's applications have been processed and accepted ;)

When I spoke with the other guys from this forum they always sent additional documents once they received the file number. So i would suggest you not to be hasty and be careful about where your sending it. But, yes wait for AOR and file number then send it in

Especially the senior guys I'm this forum ... Need to throw a party for those folks! Duly noted

Amazing how similar our stories are. I also only just recieved my PCC's and was wondering the same. I like the notion of sending them an email as the probability of the originals getting "lost" in the mail is high.

InfoSeeker12 - you mentioned emailing them? Is there a suitable email address we should send to?

Hi aand - the CIC call center agent told me to send an email to CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry[AT]cic.gc.ca . Not sure if that's the right email address, I haven't heard back from them but I only sent the email yesterday. I also found a fax number somewhere online and wrote it down, but don't have the paper here.

I thought I made it pretty clear yesterday.. Please wait for AOR and file number and then send additional documents. I don't think so you can fax or email CIO. I bet they need originals for these! Bottom line: if you have received your AOR and file number then send additional docs until then you have to wait . The document might get lost between CIO and CPP-O during file transfer.
