BOWP application from the border

Hi everyone,
My work permit will expire on the 7 of May 2015.I got AINP certificate,I got the file number from CIC.Last week I applied online for a BOWP.My question is : Can I apply for it on the border?
And , what are the chances of approval?

1. No, you can't apply for a BOWP at the border. read the instructions.
