hahaha no. In my email, they don't say nothing about Fedex, DHL or Servientrega. They only said we are now ready to issue your visa please send us your original passport and that they want to send us back all of our documents so I need to send them an email with an adress and a telephone number......

a prepaid DHL waybill,
prepaid Valores Servientrega waybill or
a FEDEX account number

In our letter, it was stated that we should direct the envelop to <<assistant #17>>, so we marked it this way:

On the top left corner, you need to put the applicant's information:

NAME
APPLICATION NUMBER
ADDRESS

hey everyone.
soo according to ecas they received our application on March 19th and started processing on May 8th. my husband sent his background check around May 21st but he hasn't received confirmation that they have received it, should he have received something by now or should the wait be longer?

Hi jessenia,

As Sago2305 said, they normally never sent any confirmation on receiving the Background Check.
You should wait a little longer. Good Luck!

We've send it this morning VIA Fedex with an account number, but I sent them an email asking them ( because I really did NOT have anything that says to send my passport with a ''guia de retorno'') and they told me that they will pay for it...So weird!

I hope in 2 weeks we will have have our passports back 8)

Estoy Feliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiizzzzzzzzzzzz, VO requested my Passport they said they are ready to issue the visa. My husband and I cried out of hapiness, we hope to finally see the visa stamp in my passport and start another journey together.

Did any of you have to do an interview? Ecas states file is in process as of june 10, and then under that it says medical results received.
