It's still valid - however you only get points for siblings. CRS points have only ever been granted for siblings (i.e. brothers, sisters) - not for any other relatives.

You means first cousin sister can be valid also or only own sister brother valid as my father’s brother have Pr and there daughter lives in Canada so that is also valid or only my real sister is valid for points
Please tell me thanks

I'm not sure what's unclear. No - your first cousin is not valid and will not give you CRS points. Your first cousin is not a sibling. You will only get points for siblings. Siblings are real sisters or brothers who are living in Canada.

Sorry, I was about posting same question before stumbling on this. So it is of no value or use presenting my aunt( my father's sister) who leaves in Canada as a blood relative. So what is to be considered is just siblings( brothers, sisters, step-sisters and step-brothers)

step sisters/brothers are not blood relatives they are only relatives by marriage.

Thank you for responding.

Sorry not step sisters/brothers. Yes, I read they are only relatives by marriage.

I meant half brothers/sisters. These I believe are blood relatives.

What do you present as evidence to show as proof relationship by blood. Will birth certificate suffice? Or are there other documents to show?
