Birth certificate translation

Should I send a photocopy of birth certificate translation , or a notorized photocopy of this certificate or the original translation?

Photocopy of birth certificate or adoption order
The document must show:

• the minor’s name;
• date of birth;
• place of birth;
• the names of the parents or adoptive parents.

Yes, Birth certificate is needed for minor application.

If Birth certificate is other than English/ French language translation is required.
