My Indian birth certificate was issued in 2012, with the following line:
"Under the Birth and Death ACt 1969, Section 12/ Section 17, issue.
This is to certify that the following information has been obtained from original birth records, which is in Y state (where I was born).
ZYZ person (Local area) concerne is in the Registrar
Date of Registration is xx.xx.xxx "a few days after my date of birth"
Please confirm if this is acceptable? it has all the possible notaries, stamps, attestations, municipality stamps etc....from Maharastra..(although I wasnt born there, but the BC was issued there)..
I have the original BC in hindi from 20+ years ago, but no attestations etc, so when we sent that ,they issued us a new BC in 2012 in english...
Also, some of the stamps are in hindi - do they need to be translated?
Please advise if the above is alright?
I can just get a certified true copy of the above english one made in 2012, correct...or do I need more?
