Hi all. I have a question during my self employed application diy. Hope someone could shed me a light here.
The program requires me to submit my birth certificate as one of the supporting docs. Due to local hospital system flaws, the hospital does not possess any birth certificate or valid hospital record for citizens born before 1996. I myself don't have it either.
Is it mandatory to submit this certificate? If so, do you have any suggestion in this case? TIA.
