Hi All,

I recently registered for Canada PR. I completed my MS in software engg with BITS,Pilani through work integrated learning.
For WES verification, i need BITS transcripts. I contacted two agents and both said they cannot provide for BITS.

I have the link to BITS site where they ask to send DD along with envelope etc. Apart from this method, do anyone got transcripts via agency? If yes, could you share the details.

Also, mostly the Bachelors and Masters are from different university for most of us. Atleast is the case with my spouse and myself. So if via agent or direct, will the WES receive more than one sealed envelope with the transcripts? (eg.. Self BSC, Self MS, Spouse BSc and Spouse Masters) ?

WES accepts multiple envelops for the same WES Reference Number. No need to worry. It's just that while placing the order with WES, you need to include every document (Bachelors separate and Post Graduation separate) in the list that you will send to WES and accordingly WES will process your order only when they receive all the documents for which you placed the order with them.

No institution can do like that, they should give transcripts, or the registrar should sign on photocopy of all mark lists. They do have that procedure. Ask somebody else. If its available in college webpage, Submit it first.

Actually its not the college who said they do not provide, but its the agency. Since am residing in UAE, travelling to India to get the transcripts may not be possible. Instead we thought of approaching an agent. They said they could process for all certificates except BITS,Pilani. My worry is if I apply for transcripts via college website, then tracking might be difficult. Hence the agency search.
