They hold those information sessions in China because most of them are under the investor or business visa. In fact, I believe the most investor, business and student applications they handle in Quebec come from China. That is why they hold information sessions in China to attract more Chinese investors every year.

Don't worry dude. When I had my interview they also had Indians being interviewed but they were only a handful like us Filipinos compared to the number of Chinese applicants who outnumbered us greatly.

I've been a silent reader of this post from some time.
I sent my file to BIQ HK on 4 Aug 2011 and can see that ppl who applied in 2010 haven't got calls 4 interview yet.
so looking at the speed at which BIQ HK is working I think I should go off to sleep.

I think if you give 1 year time for CSQ and start preparing for interview and learning french then I am sure you won't feel frustrated but if you expect interview within six months and then if that didn't happen then patience become hateful.

Thanks for the response....Already cleared DELF B1 and and 24 Nov 2011 I have my DELF B2.....1 year gives me enough time to clear C1 also
Do u think so much french is required or will lead to fast processing of my application?
