Hello everyone, My wife got a letter to provide her biometrics with in 30 days from Canadian visa office in Tanzania .unfortunately ,the date passed due to some reasons and we have tried to communicate with them to renew the request letter but its been over 6 weeks and we havent heard any reply.so please I need your helpful information/suggestion.

I think u should go and do biometrics ASAP and write them a letter explaining what happened. Did u wait 6 more weeks after seeing a letter just for a reply from cic?

Thank you for your reply .The request was dated on May 26,2019 and and it got expired 0n June26,2019(30 days period).I send them an email and a mail to Centralized intake office on July 4th,since that time I havent heard any response .Thank you again

Hey, I was able to contact them through the phone,lucky enough,they have renewed the request letter .
I really appreciate for the information provided

Can you please share the number you contacted them on? Was it outside Canada or from within?

Well ,I called to one of the offices outside canada.
