Biometrics taken but not passed?

Hi all,

I've given my biometrics and my application in the portal updated next day with a biometrics number, expiry date etc..

But I still have "We need your fingerprints to process your application. Check your messages below for details"...

Is this normal? It's been 6 days since I was enrolled...

if it shows the expiry date. it means its passed.
