It is done automatically, u don’t have to do anything other than attending ur appointment

Received call from Service Canada : Just few minutes before
Booked Appointment for Monday October 26th, 2020
Representative called from BC, as she said I was in her list in BC( Since my lawyer is at BC). She said she has 55 files with names to call in for. I am the primary applicant. Myself and for my husband both got the appointment together even though she couldn't find his name in her list.
One of my other friend in Edmonton also received the call who has AOR on June 3rd and booked for tomorrow October 23, 2020

Can you post the first 3 digits of your postal code? I am also based in Calgary and still waiting for a call.
Thank you. It’s not based on AOR. It’s based on application submission date. Hopefully you’ll receive the call soon.
It’s not based on location. It’s based on application submission date only. I live in NW but they sent me to SE
Actually, it is based on your submission date, region/city and OTHER FACTORS (process of your application, anything in your file that needs attention or is leading to delays, having a dependent who is outland).
I don't think it is based on the application date, I submitted by application about a month before you and live in NE and yet to get a call.
I think it is based on postal code and they are currently calling people in the NW.
