Biometrics Request Before AOR

Hi Everyone,

I'm a Canadian citizen who sponsored my wife (American Citizen) for PR. The application was submitted back in February. She received an email today for the biometrics request and the letter included a UCI and application number. However, we never received an acknowledgement of receipt and I'm unable to link the application to my online account using her UCI and application number.

Has anyone encountered this before?

Not uncommon to not receive an AOR. I never did and my application was processed (mostly) normally.
